Support page
Select Support in the main menu to access the portal user guide or view the Support page, which allows you to view and manage existing support tickets and create new ones. For parent users, the Support page lists tickets created on the Parent portal and any tickets raised on Tenant portals as well.
A support ticket indicates which portal was used to submit the ticket.
Filter support tickets by Tenant Portal
Note that you will not be able to filter tickets by individual users at the Tenant Portal. However, you can filter Tenant Portal tickets by Status.
Support landing page customisations
The email addresses for support contact on the Support page can be replaced with alternative email addresses provided by the Parent administrators. Please see Customising your portal for further details.
