The Portal uses email communication with users for many important tasks - such as communicating when a new VPS or DS is available, or communicating new password details after a password reset.
These can be customised by Availability Zone owners, if needed.
Customisations that are possible
Beeks can customise the text of any of these emails, based on the specific branding requirements of the tenant. Raise a support ticket with the following information:
Default subject line for the email that you want to replace
Replacement subject line AND/OR Replacement email body text
