In Beeks Analytics, mdPlay is a standalone replay-only version of the main Beek Analytics VMX-Capture component.
Use mdPlay for replaying real data that has been captured from the network by Packet Capture probes in order to reproduce the conditions that occurred during an episode of poor system performance, or when you want to work on optimising performance or test scaling. mdPlay is designed to support troubleshooting, optimisation, testing, and assessing the success of different proposed software or infrastructure changes.
mdPlay can replay from any packet capture, not just packet captures that have been recorded by Beeks Analytics.
