Both methods will create a support ticket that is tracked and managed by the Beeks Analytics support team.
Email Registration Requirement
Before raising a support request, client email addresses must be registered with Beeks.
Support email addresses are normally registered as part of the initial Beeks Analytics implementation.
Only registered email addresses are permitted to raise and interact with support tickets.
Clients who attempt to raise support requests from unregistered email addresses may experience delays in response while verification is completed.
