All appliance alerts, whether generated by Beeks Analytics' self-monitoring or by your own infrastructure monitoring tool, should be routed to an alert endpoint. This should be one of the following:

• An Incident Management Platform
  For example, Opsgenie, Pager Duty, Jira Service Desk.
  The Incident Management Platform is responsible for onbound routing, silencing, and general lifecycle of alerts/incidents.

• Messaging or email
  Alternatively, the alert endpoint can be as simple as a Slack or Teams channel, or even a mailing list.
